Do I need a care plan to work with you?
No. Every project ships with a 30-day warranty and full handover — you can run it yourself or with any developer. Care plans are for owners who'd rather we keep carrying the operational load.
What counts against the monthly development hours?
Anything you ask for: new sections, copy and image changes, new features, integrations, reports. Routine plan work — monitoring, backups, patches — never counts against your hours.
What if I need more than my plan's hours one month?
Extra work is billed at $60/hour with your written approval first, or we scope it as a small fixed-price project. No surprise invoices — ever.
Can you take over a site or system someone else built?
Usually, yes. We start with a paid technical audit ($150, credited to your first month) so we know exactly what we're taking responsibility for.
How do I cancel?
Email us. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in — we hand over credentials, backups, and documentation, and part as friends.
