01 · what's different

What you actually get.

The promises we make on every project — not the fine print, not an upsell.

No templates. Ever.

Every line of code is custom-written for your build. No WordPress themes, no boilerplate starters, no recycled agency templates. Your site is yours — built around your story, in your stack.

  • Custom-coded with Next.js + TypeScript
  • Design system tailored to your brand
  • No theme to outgrow, ever

Every site ships with a dashboard.

Admin tooling is bundled — not an upsell. Manage content, capture leads, run basic ops from day one. Even our entry tier includes a working back-office. No project leaves with a website but no way to run it.

  • Secure auth + role-based access included
  • Content, leads, and analytics in one place
  • Scales from basic CRUD to enterprise tooling

AI, built into your system.

Want AI in the product? We build it in — custom agents, smart search, drafting, and automated workflows, all grounded in your own data. Not a bolted-on chatbot: AI wired into the system where it actually saves your team time.

  • Custom agents + automation, grounded in your data
  • Smart search, drafting, and triage where it helps
  • Human-in-the-loop, with guardrails and audit logs

Source on your GitHub, day one.

Full code ships to your repo at kickoff — not at hand-off. No proprietary frameworks, no lock-in. If we part ways tomorrow, your team or any other agency can pick up the work without a re-platform.

One team. No handoffs.

The people you meet are the people writing the code. No account managers, no offshore subcontractors, no “you’ll talk to delivery from here.” Every meeting is with the senior team doing the work.

02 · the anatomy

Every layer,
engineered.

A build isn't one thing — it's a stack of decisions that have to hold together. One team owns all of it, from the pixels to the database.

  • Product surface

Design system, motion, accessibility — the part people feel.

  • Commerce & flows

Checkouts, bookings, auth — journeys that convert and don't break.

  • Operations data

Dashboards, reporting, roles — the truth your team runs on.

  • The running system

Infra, backups, monitoring — boring on purpose, live for years.

04 · the difference

Off-the-shelf gets you live.
Custom-built keeps you ahead.

Most agencies stitch your business together from templates and plugins. We design and code from the blank document — same way the platforms you envy were built.

the common path

Off-the-shelf

templates · plugins · builders
  • WordPress theme + 30 plugins

Each plugin a security risk, a maintenance debt, and a feature you didn't quite want.

  • Monthly platform fees, forever

Wix, Squarespace, Webflow. Cancel and your site disappears.

  • Generic admin you grow out of

Their templated dashboard fits 80% of businesses 80% well.

  • Design frozen at purchase

The same ThemeForest theme everyone else also bought.

You ship in a week, then fight the stack for the next 3 years.
what we ship

Engineered for you

custom · owned · forever
  • Custom Next.js + TypeScript

Every line written for your operation. Zero plugin marketplace risk.

  • Flat price, no recurring tax

Pay once for the build. Hosting is yours — Vercel free tier or your own server.

  • Admin built around your workflow

Domain-modelled to how your team actually works, not a generic CRUD shell.

  • Design system you own forever

Brand-first. Source on your GitHub day one — port it anywhere if we ever part ways.

05 · what we build

Custom-built. For your business. Not from a template.

Every project is bespoke. We design and ship websites, platforms, dashboards, and systems built around your actual operation — not what fits a generic stack.

06 · how we work

A short, opinionated process.

No 60-page proposals. We move quickly to a clear scope, then ship in tight cycles.

  1. 01

    Scope call

A 30-minute call to understand what you're trying to do and whether we're the right team for it.

  2. 02

    Plan & estimate

A short written plan with milestones, fixed scope, and a flat price. No surprises.

  3. 03

    Ship in cycles

Two-week cycles with working software at the end of each. You see real progress, not Figma forever.

  4. 04

    Hand off

Documentation, training, and source code. Most clients keep us on a light retainer afterward.

07 · in production

Shipped work, not mockups.

09 · questions

Things prospects ask before the first call.

If yours isn't here, send it through the contact form — we reply inside two business days.

  • Anywhere from 4–8 weeks for a custom website to 12–20 weeks for a full 3D site with a pro dashboard or a complete custom business system. We'll give you a precise timeline at the end of the scope call, before any contract is signed.

  • Every build is custom-quoted to the scope. We don't do templates and we don't do hourly billing — after a 30-minute scope call you'll get a single flat, written quote, with no surprises later. The number depends entirely on what you actually need.

  • Yes. We work async by default and meet sync when it helps. Most of our clients are remote — North America, Europe, the Gulf, East Africa.

  • Often, yes. We start with a paid two-week audit: read the codebase, map the architecture, find the landmines, and report back honestly on whether it's salvageable or worth rebuilding.

  • Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind for most builds — custom-coded, no templates. Three.js / React Three Fiber for 3D. Postgres or MySQL for data. Hosted on Vercel, AWS, or your infrastructure — your call.

  • Always. The full source ships to your GitHub on day one. No proprietary frameworks, no template lock-in. If we part ways tomorrow, your team — or any other agency — can pick up the work.

  • Yes — most clients pick up a light retainer (a few days a month) after launch for fixes, small features, and infra hygiene. Optional, not bundled.

  • Send a project brief through the contact form. We reply inside two business days with whether we're a fit. If we are, we book a 30-minute scope call, follow up with a written plan and a flat price, and get to work.
