  • Yes — Stripe, CRMs, marketing platforms, and most anything with an API. The platform becomes the single surface that pulls them together, instead of another silo.

  • Role-based access control is standard. HQ sees the network, a branch manager sees only their location, a host sees only the reservation queue — each role scoped to exactly what they own.

  • Where it matters, yes. We use server-sent events or websockets for live dashboards — covers, stock alerts, queues update without a refresh. Reporting-grade data is computed on a schedule.

  • A flat project quote, not per-seat. The scope scales with the number of roles, integrations, and reporting depth — and you can add as many users as you like with no seat tax.
