Why LEDCO East Africa hired us.
LEDCO East Africa runs catering services across multiple branches in Tanzania (Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza) plus remote camp food-service operations. We built them a 30+ page operations platform that replaced a tangle of spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. Three role types — master (HQ), branch managers, and camp residents — each with route-scoped access. End-to-end coverage from booking through kitchen ops through resident feedback.
LEDCO was running its growing catering and remote-camp ops on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and email. HQ had no real-time view of any branch. Branch managers spent half their day re-entering data. Compliance evidence for the camps was scattered, and resident requests went through the office instead of being self-service.
One source of truth across every branch. HQ gets live dashboards across occupancy, financials, and compliance. Branch managers run their workspace via a command palette (⌘K). Camp residents have their own portal — today's menu, requests, announcements — so the office isn't the help desk anymore.
